    Fixed it. I followed the directions above and ran the steam verify thing. Downloaded a missing file and now the mod runs fine. Thanks for all the help!

    Hopefully you didnt do that. I had this same issue. I installed the SDK folder into my GTA V directory. After i removed that, the file was running up to date. That is only one of many recommendations i can give to you. Hopefully you didnt delete anything yet.
