  1. Mod not working

    Hello, I am new to modding my GTA 4. I downloaded the game through steam~ and I went through the steps to install the mod. afterwards, when I go to start the game, just the regular gta 4 loads up, I even went back through and made sure nothing was set as 'read only'. I ran the installer as an admin, I tried manually installing. im just kind of stuck, I really would like to try this mod out, it looks amazing! please help :( Thanks for your time, ~Will
