- Animation of 1994 and 1996 Ford Crown vics causes bug with windshiled, i decided to disable crash feature, so bug wont appear.

New Orleans Police Dept. 2000 Ford Crown Victoria PI 1.0 - by dream

A New Orleans Police Dept. 2000 Ford Crown Victoria with FS Vector lightbar. 

Two versions are available. If you use DLS v2, you should download and install DLSv2 Release. If not, please download the General Release. Note: Configs for DLS v1.4.1 and ELS are available with General Release.

Requirements:
        OpenIV;
        SirenSetting Limit Adjuster;
        Dynamic Lightning System by TheMayBeast - Optional, but highly recommended. Only the 3rd stage would be active without DLS. DLS Configurations are available for both DLS versions (v1.4.1 and v2).

Installation:
        1. Make sure you have your ‘mods’ folder in GTA V’s main folder with a copied ‘update’ folder.
        2. Open your OpenIV, turn on ‘Edit mode’ and go to GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/. Drag and drop folder ‘dmnopdcvpi’.
        3. Export a file called ‘dlclist.xml’ which located in GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/. Copy this file to your desktop and open it with any editor you like. After, scroll to the bottom and locate the last line that starts with ‘<Item>dlcpacks:/….’. Add a new line, then copy and paste this line:        

        <Item>dlcpacks:/dmnopdcvpi/</Item>

        4. Replace old file with the new one.

Additional steps for: 
DLS Users: 
        Copy ‘DLS’ folder from ‘Data Files’ folder and paste them in GTAV/Plugins/
ELS Users: 
        Copy .xml files from ‘Data Files’ folder and paste them in GTAV/ELS/pack_default/

The 1984-86 CV LTD with the twin sonic lightbar livery skin texture was created by me including the white liveries.
In the 1980s NOPD police cars were all blue skins until 1984 when they change them to all white with blue textures and decals.

**While this pack is meant to resemble the Atlanta Police Department, some elements have been changed for creativity and "Lore-Friendly-Ness." These include but are not limited to patches, badges, etc.**

What does this do? When you are within arms reach of peds and have weapons equip when you press R or Fire your character will perform a melee attack,
this mod gets rid of this feature when pressing R or Firing.

The model is not mine, so you must download the original model to be able to use the livery (see credits below)

No graphic problems known, nor bug encountered in game.
 
Instructions for VEHICLE installation :

Installation Instructions for POLICE MUNICIPALE MONTPELLIER LIVERY :
Once you have installed the original vehicle :
- Launch OpenIV
- Activate the "Edit Mode"
- Go to mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > kcsd > dlc.rpf > x64 > vehicles.rpf > kcsd.ytd
- In the texture list, click on the "cvpi_sign_1" texture and then click on "replace".
  You will therefore choose the file "cvpi_sign_1" which is in the folder . rar (Police Municipale Montpellier)

Retro Emergency Vehicles Pack: The Unmarkeds Addon - an auxillary DLC for GTA V which adds a lot of unmarked vehicles from the 90's,. Mod was developed in a DLC format with a pretty easy installation. This pack features lots of legendary cars like Ford LTD Crown Victoria, Chevrolet Caprice, Chevrolet Suburban and Ford Crown Victoria. You can get them by spawning via a trainer or just getting a wanted level.

Pack includes only DLC with vehicles and could be used with any early released mod. For example B&B Emergency Lights for the Windy City Pack, R&R will fit for East Coast Addon, and R&B&O is good with vanilla-based Los Santos and countryside map.

gameconfig.xml is NOT presented in the pack anymore, because it's reason of fast outdating of the mod, so users have to search and install it by yourself. For now, i recommend to use F7YO's gameconfig.
