doudou110 reacted to MycroftCanadaNS in [Request] Internal Affairs & Career ModeHi.
I have been looking for two modifications which would allow for you to have a career as a police officer. You would start as a new beat cop which if you have a clean enough record, and not stepped to far out of line you would gradually move up the ranks.
Also I've been looking for another mod which would monitor your behavior of how you treat the public (peds can report you for abuse), and enough peds report you for being a not so great police officer you could be pulled into internal affairs, and if found guilty you could be fired, and have your character permanently deleted (meaning you start off fresh).
The reason why I'm looking for these mods is I have a game called Police Simulator: Patrol Officers, and although it's interesting it's no where near the quality of LSPDFR, and the plugins.
Are there any mods which do those two things?

here dude. Click on whoever provides gta for you. then click on the desired previous game version. assuming it would be 2612. This allows you to downgrade game versions from the recently updated 2628 to 2612. make sure your auto update is turned off. Script hook v will now work in this downgraded version.
If you need any help ask me.

doudou110 reacted to AC12 Officer in AFTER UPDATE (2545) - GTA CANNOT RUNHi there, I just updated GTA V alongside with LSPDFR and SCRIPTHOOKV earlier due to the new "contract" update.
I've finished all installations and verified game integrity through steam and click play on steam. The rockstar logo comes up but then after that nothing happens and the game status in steam change from "playing" to "online" so it seems that the game crashes even before the intro scene (the police siren rockstar logo).
I've tried verifying it again but it says all files are verified. I tried launching from RAGE and from the rockstar games launcher but still no luck. Anyone has suggestions on what should I do?

doudou110 reacted to JEmbers87 in Create warrants for peds?Very new to LSPDFR but loving it.
Had a thought which I'm posting as a suggestion, but if someone can tell me a plugin already exists for this then amazing - I searched a random parked car on patrol and found drugs and a handgun. I checked the owner's details (I have CompuLite+, but guess I could do the same on the base mod's computer) and got their address and the fact that they don't have a gun license.
I thought it would then be cool if there was some way you could issue a warrant for their arrest and then it spawns a callout for that person at that address (in the same way as a regular outstanding warrant callout). Could do the same if a ped gets away from a pursuit/foot chase etc., but you ID'd them beforehand?
Essentially I'm imagining a button on the police computer which issues a warrant for a named ped's arrest and that spawns a callout to go get them at their home address.
I'm not a modder so have no idea how complicated this would be - not aware of this functionality in any existing plugin - food for thought?

I dont think its my callouts, as its happened it various calls from different packs. Although i would appreciate assistance with this issue.

doudou110 reacted to Officerporci in LSPDFR 0.4.9 - Now Available!i have a question : in wich situation or when an Investigation response by NPC starts?

doudou110 reacted to Hyfrith in LSPDFR 0.4.9 - Now Available!Sounds great! Hopefully the research stuff doesn't just demonstrate how many players will gleefully gun people down because it's a video game. I'm curious how the video game aspect of it will relate to real life law enforcement, since LSPDFR is not exactly in the "simulator" category for Police work despite the depth of systems.
I'd love more detail on the new pursuit "Investigation" state. I'm not sure how this works from your explanation? Is it saying you can call a "pursuit" on a ped who isn't already actively fleeing, and then NPC cops will arrive Code 2 or 3 as usual, but won't chase or taze the ped unless they actively fight or flee, they'll just approach and arrest calmly?
