Yea that's what it says but it starts after like 10 mins or so not after a long time if that was the case I wouldn't mind that much but what is the code to start lcpdfr again in game

where can i find the lcpdfr.log my lcpdfr crashed after when i was in a chase and i couldnt call for back or arrest the driver

Thanks man but for lcpdfr. it's saying these failed Failed to find D3DX9_43.DLL Failed to find MSVCR100.DLL (x86 version) Failed to resolve d3dx9_43.dll from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV\ScriptHookDotNet.asiDiagnostics_28.8.2016_12_21_26.log where can I download these files from and where do I have to put each one of them i put my diagnostics tool log into the post as well

I don't have any new games installed the only one that is installed is GTA 4 and it's not a crack I bought it off of steam and the DirectX I have installed is 11. but I think it was that the folders were set to read only I am changing that and if that changes it I will tell you guys on this topic thanks for your help. my gta 4 wont launch anymore its saying secLaucher: failed to start Application (2000)
