There was a post that I started a long time ago that gained a lot of traction about someone releasing an unlocked model a while back and people seemed to like the idea. I am no hypocrite so yes, I would like to release it unlocked, I know people might take it apart and take parts from it and add to it which would make some people mad, however, I am not blind and know that people would make some great creations. Yes, I know people would go crazy making some great things with it, that is why I would like to release it unlocked. by the way, I bit the bullet and purchased the model, I ended up going for the one that was $130, I thought they where the same model but I looked at the poly and vert count and it appears to be lower. It has 220000 polyds and 240000 verts.

I don't have the time to learn how to convert or work on 3d models, I am going to purchase a 3d model of a Chevrolet caprice but it is very high poly and not game ready, I am debating between a model that costs $99.20 and $129.99, Please don't make negative comments about me spending so much on a 3d model, to me it is absolutely worth it. This model will be for public release, I need someone who has a proven record of mods you have worked on and/or released. I will put up the money if you put up the time and skill. I would like to get this off the ground asap and would like to purchase the model now but I need help choosing between 2 I have seen so far. That would be awesome, I'm hoping someone with the right skill set will get back to me so we can get a marked model out there for anyone, people might think I'm crazy for spending so much on a model but to me it is absolutely worth it as it is something I know will be fun for all of us. that to me is worth it. I unlike some other folks would like to share with others on here in one way or another and since I cannot convert myself this is the only way I see of contributing to the community. I don't understand why some people need to be so selfish... Oh and by the way, I would like to make this project unlocked so people can go crazy putting their own style, lightbars wheels and other parts on it, Enough of the "you get what I give you" attitude. They are just 3d models not keys to your house. I guess I'm just tired of how selfish some people can be on here, By no means am I calling anyone out by name but come on... We all know there are people like that on here. This would be a much better community without those attitudes.

It truly is sad how many people who have modeling skills for 3ds max/zmodeler make beautiful creations and then keep them to themselves but yet they come here and download other people's creations, quite honestly I find it to be selfish and ungrateful behavior, for example, I am looking for a marked version of the new chevy caprice for GTA V and have managed to find some youtube videos with a 2011 caprice but no download anywhere for it, it seems like someone wants to feel important being the only ones that have that mod, I have even seen people come just shy of making people beg for a release of such models. I would like to purchase the 3d model seen here http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/3ds-max---police/542296 of the 2011 chevy caprice however the model itself serves me no purpose as I have absolutely no modeling skills whatsoever. I need someone who would be able to convert it to GTA 5 for us all to enjoy, I will put up the cash but need someone else to do the work. I need someone with experience, someone who has a proven record of great 3d modeling skills who can make this thing look great in game. I do not have the time to learn to convert models so please do not suggest that. Enough of the mod hoarding, if you download other peoples mods from sites like this and you have the skills to make/convert models yourself then you should post your work for others to use as well. Who am I to say this? Simply someone who is willing to put up some money to help create something for all of us. If you have the skill needed to undertake such a task please let me know, there are many skins that I would like to use on a caprice in GTA 5 and I know other people have also been waiting for it for some time. Let's make it happen.

I am new to modding gta 5, I was trying to install a vehicle downloaded from lcpdfr, however, when I looked inside the .rar I downloaded I noticed there are only 3 installation files which are police 3.ytd police 3 ytf and police3_hi.ytf, there is no 4th file in the rar I downloaded but there is one in the install directory. This is the first time I have ever ran into something like this. If it matters, I am running a legitimate retail box version of gta 5, NOT STEAM. (not by choice, it was a gift from the wife). Again, I am new to gta 5 modding as you once where and would appreciate help not criticism. If you're going to call me a noob or put me down for being where you once where in terms of familiarity with modding please keep your comment to yourself. Thanks in advance for any help.
