I have 8gb of ram, and only 3.5gb of it is usable because of my os. I just bought a EVGA nvidia gt 610 2gb video card. My game still laggs on the lowest graphics settings. What do I need? RAM or more VRAM?

I have recently tried to mod my pstockade, and as i was testing it there were some things wrong with it. It sounds like a motorcycle, the player doesn't open the door,the wheels don't turn, and it leans like a motorcycle would. What is wrong with it?!

These are the Indiana State Police vehicle skins that I have made. There is a skin for the charger, Tahoe and Crown vic. There is both the blue and white skin and the brown and black skin. These are the first ever to be up for download. When you guys are putting the skins onto the Tahoe it may give you an error. Click continue and click the "Tahoe sign (number)" again and the skin will appear. If you guys have errors when putting these skins onto the car please let me know and I will upload cars with the skins on them. Please do not redistribute these mods, And if you use these skins in a YouTube video please give me credit. Thanks and enjoy. =D.

well if i kept my police car mods and got rid of the ambulance, firetruck,and noose stockade mods would i be able to decrease the chances of the texrure bug? when i say em vechicles it means emergency

I have AMD phenom II x4 955 3.2 ghz 8gb ram: 3.5 usable Nvidia gtx 520 1gb graphics card All em vechicles replaced except for police stockade ps. I dont want to remove mods tho =( but if i have to i might thanks in advance

I was checking to see how much RAM the game ran and with LCPDFR,ivdashcam,and traffic flow it was using 1.8 ram and i had 1.7 ram free because my os only allows 3.5 RAM. I had all of my settings on low and it still had this problem but it was only a little better. I have police cvpi for police. A nypd charger for police2. A alderny state police for noose. A undercover ford taurus for fbi. A tahoe for polpatriot. An els ambulance and fire truck. i also had a crown vic taxi but i deleted it because i thought it was the cause for the taxi bug.

Have all of those mods caused texture problems? Which one other than trafficflow is less likely to cause the texture problem?

After i choose my vechicle and i start to drive around the roads begin to disappear and there are people walking on invisible sidewalks. The buildings also disappear. Update: It seems to be trafficflow that is causing this buy now that i uninstalled trafficflow i have a buncha of taxies driving around! please help

Whenever i start LCPDFR and go on duty i walk outside and start to drive around and nothing loads.I have these scripts 1.traffic flow 2.ivdashcam excluding lcpdfr Whenever i play campaign it works fine. I also have a trainer and police car mods. pc specs AMD phenom II X4 955 processor 3.20 ghz 8.00 GB RAM 32-bit Nvidia GeForce GT 520 (1GB i believe)
