  1. "FREQUENCY OUT OF RANGE" after Ragehook startup!

    Hey Everybody! I would really appreciate some help! I recently got GTA 5 for the main reason of LCPDFR, and so far I've downloaded everything necessary to play it. Here's my issue: whenever I start GTA 5 regular (the one I have without LCPDFR) it runs just great, but when I start my other version, I start it through Ragehook as you're supposed to, but when the game starts up with the Rockstar logo, my screen goes black and says," Frequency out of Range." I've tried changing "STEAM launch options", but that didn't work. :( PLEASE HELP ME! Correction "Out of Frequency"
