    I can't arrest anyone, they just look at me take cover from the gun and start running. I always have to end up shooting them instead of arresting them. Any help?

    I have a quick question, I replaced this Ford Interceptor in my police2 instead. It works, the only thing is the handling is really shitty. Any time I turn the car flips over. I was wondering if anyone knows the location of the handling file for the police2, I just want to place the generic handling file in there so the car doesn't flip over. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
