    Gangrenn, I followed your tutorial. Several times actually and the mod still doesn't start. I have never done anything like this before. I just need some help.

I SAVED MY MONEY FOR A LONG TIME TO GET A DECENT COMPUTER JUST TO MOD GTA 4 AND I CAN'T FOR THE LIFE OF ME FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE ANY OF THESE WORK.
