    thanks, I will look at those now. What all would I need and what can you compromise on? Also I would want to run different mods for Gta v and lspdfr, would the minimum requirements be fine with extra mods

    Hey everyone, I am new to anything with PC gaming. I'm really into the lspdfr and lcpdfr mods, and have been for a few years; I just haven't had any extra money to do a pc build. I currently have a small budget of 400-500, would it even be possible to do a build with that amount and if so what should I buy. Also I would need someone's help with the build itself, I have never built a pic before. Thanks in advance for the help!
