    I have SpeedRadar.dll in my plugins folder and it says it should not be running with Traffic Policer, and eventually crashed my game. Any ideas?

    Nothing happens after placing files in correct spots. I've even unblocked them and still nothing. CTRL+F10, nor F10 alone does anything. Any have any ideas?
