Hi ladies. So here is this pack, I thought I would go pretty unique and the mix of a Vespucci Beach PD pack and a Raydian is a perfect combination for a unique pack in my eyes. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Dewey Beach, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, and lightbar are accurate to Dewey Beach. The pack comes with 6 different vehicles, two CVPIs, one FPIU, one Tahoe, one Silverado, and one FPIS. A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.

A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

Do note that I mod for myself, meaning, I do stuff the way I think looks good. If it's sized wrong/weird, you don't like it, it is simple, Don't download it. Again, I mod for myself and do what I like. I do work and have a life outside of GTA so making and releasing packs are not a priority for me but I will release stuff when I feel it should be released. I apologize for taking so long to get this model out, I have been struggling financially and in my personal life, hence leading to me not being able 
to do much modding.
 
MODEL NOTES

- This model feature the brand new Ford Crown Victoria from Forza Horizon 3. As such, the base model it uses is significantly better quality,
features proper textures, a full 3d engine, proper scaling and many other features. When myself and Lundy created this model, our goal was that if
it wasnt on the actual real life car, then we wouldnt feature it on our car and vise versa.
 
- The template for this base model is highly similar to the DSF one, but there are some slight differences which make it easier for skinners to
do their thing. It requires minimal ammount of work to make it fit my template!
 
- When using this model in zmodeler, I have added a flat engine as the L1 if you decide that you don't want to use the engine. All you have to do is 
decompound the engine, delete the L0 and copy the L1.
 
- I have also included the SAP version for people who would like to use that. 
 
- I will be making multiple other versions for this vehicle, being different years, all the way back to when they first used this body style.
 
- When making a model, you MUST make sure you go and drag in the options you want for your base model, If i see a message saying, oh why don't I have 
a grille, I will not answer.
 
- The template for the model is very similar to the one used for all of the DSF models, but unfortunately due to the difference in the models, and the
need to make it easier for skinners, the templates do not line up 100%.
 
- I've also included in the EXTRAS folder, a PSD for the emissives if you decide you want to change how bright they are, or change them entirely, 
the options for different colored interiors (tan and grey), and the templates for the windows and bodyshell.
 
- Everything in this model should be ready for you guys to do whatever with.

INSTILLATION INSTRUCTIONS

To install the vehicle models themselves, simply place them in your latest patch day in your mods folder.
I have installed the vehicles in my game to patchday10 where I have found the most success.
To install the VCF file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
and place it in there.
If you wish to install this vehicle to another slot, simply change the name of the vehicle, and change in the vehicle meta,
the handling line the slot uses to police.

PACK NOTES

- These vehicles feature the brand new Ford Crown Victoria from Forza Horizon 3. As such, the base model it uses is significantly better quality,

1. Download 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Vehicle from LSPDFR.COM
 
 
2. Install 2016 Ford Vehicle mod. Use Read Me instructions.
 
    3. Launch OpenIV and in edit mode go to:
       Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday10\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

    4. Using OpenIV open police3.ytd file.

    5. Find texture with word sign in it and choose it.

    6. Press replace button (if there isn't one, turn on Edit mode) and choose Texture.png
    
    7. Close OpenIV and enjoy the game. (To spawn vehicle open RagePluginHook console and type "spawn police3" without quotes)

Well, love them or hate them or perhaps they are growing on you. They are here and they are a bit strange but hey, something different. This is something I just tossed together to be my own skin instead of something based off the real world. I want to do more things like this so be prepared for some weird things in the future. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or suggestions please share in the comments section.

Hey guys Im back to you with another convert. Today I bring to you a 2018 F150 Raptor. This model was ripped from forza horizon 3 by a friend of mine and I took the time and liberty to convert it. It took me quite a while so I hope you guys like the outcome. You may ask why did I release another raptor? Well I really like the way they look. This one also has a really nice interior compared to the other one I released. You may also ask why are the lights on the dash bright? Thats because I have radiance V installed and it seams to make lights really bright.  When you spawn it the windows may appear dark. What you need to do to fix it is just go into your trainer and change the window tint under the modifications menu. There is also an xml provided in the folder as well.

I came out with a all charger pack before and you guys seemed to like it. so I'm taking a break from the defaults for now (as all requests are done and I have all my skins). Tired of LSPD, SAHP, and BCSO skins? I was too, so I bring to you a new skin pack for the law enforcement authority for the Vespucci Beach subdivision of Los Santos: Vespucci Beach Police! I hope you all enjoy using these as much as I enjoyed making them.
 
These are for the 6 models from BradM's BCSO pack.
 
This is a fictional skin for a fictional Department, because I really wanted to do something outside the box from a traditional              LSPD, SAHP, BCSO or LSSD skin.
It is very loosely based off the generic old-school design a few NH and MA departments use. You may not reupload these skins, edited or unedited,  to this (LCPDFR.com) or any other site.  
Please leave comments with any issues or vehicle suggestions.  Please leave a review with how you think I did. I like feedback and being new, I need it to better my skills and reputation.  
Bugs:
For some reason between the edges of the door on the B-Pillar, there is a little black spot on both sides of the tahoe. I believe this is just caused by part of the texture mapping. It's barely noticeable, however.

It is highly recommended that you use @GravelRoadCop's Whelen sirens with this modification. If you want to get ultra-realistic his Whelen Epsilon siren is by far the best representation of what Venice Police.
