The model doesn't have to be replaced for the car to be a different the skin, only the skin would have to be replaced.

It isn't SHIFT + T, it's CTRL + T

Do you remember that if you had good enough friendship with some of the characters in the main story, you could call them and ask them to bring their gun van? Well, there could perhaps be a police gun van attended by a police officer where you could buy weapons from. And as you said, the leveling system would be the hard part, I don't even know how that is possible to create tbh xD But, people do wonders, so I'm sure that they can make it if they want to.

I don't think that it'd take too much time to be honest. They'd have to put a lot of effort into it, so it might take some time but I don't think that it would be too long. I don't think that it would crash too much either, because this would work just like any other script modification, just that this would use the saving feature aswell.

Neither do I But I don't think that any beginner modder would be able to create such an modification. The LCPDFR Development should be able to do so, if they wish to implement your idea. I hope they do, it was awesome ;)

This idea is awesome. However, not everyone will like this, so there should be an option in the LCPDFR settings to enable/disable it. " Beginning officers can only call in regular backup. As you rank up, you can begin to call in paramedics, fire department, a chopper, and even a noose team." I however think that rookies should also be able to call in the paramedics and the fire department, since it's more realistic. If a rookie in real life spots a fire or a citizen in need of medical assistance, he immideatly requests medical assistance/fire assistance. I don't think that it'd be too hard to make, but some effort would be needed to be put in.

I am not 100 % sure if it is like that, but it is something around that thingy that there are factions with tanks and planes fighting against each other You should try looking it up on YouTube, I'm sure that someone has made a video :)

When you are in a battle, someone is playing tanks while someone is playing airplanes For example, soviet airplanes and soviet tanks work with each other against american airplanes and tanks.

The file won't get taken off when you're waiting for moderator approval. The old version will still be available to download.

I don't think that the creator of the modification would take down their download just to update it.

I think that someone actually has taken over the planes mid-air, and transported them to a hiding spot. Just my own theory, not sure if this actually has happened.

I've been playing this game a little bit, however, I am shit at flying planes, I find it so hard :P
