This model also uses a custom carcols so its a MUST to install all the files otherwise the lights wont work correctly and you wont get my flash pattern 

The car has four livery's LSPD Los Santos Sheriffs and Unmarked all available in game 
the vehicle also has some extras so be sure to equip them if need be

know bug car sometimes spawns matte use trainer to change till i get a fix

A Los Santos Police Department texture pack based on the Miramar Police Department.
Includes nine textures for the Chevrolet Impala, Chevrolet Tahoe, Dodge Charger (2008, 2015), Ford Crown Victoria, Ford Expedition, Ford Taurus, Ford Explorer (2013, 2016) and the GMC Savana. I've also thrown in my 8K PSD file I used to make all these liveries, so you can make your own versions with ease.

Tired of those endless foot pursuits? Do you find yourself unlawfully shooting fleeing suspects in their backs because you're too lazy to chase? This is for you.
I've had this running for personal use for ages, but seeing as lots of people were requesting something like this I've decided to share it with you.
Foot Pursuit Aid is designed to make foot pursuits more manageable in a realistic way.
When you're running, you can press Enter on your keyboard or RightShoulder on your controller to make your character sprint for a short duration. Doing this has a small health cost (but it will never kill you) and there is a cooldown of 3 seconds. This is all configurable.
Installation
Place FootPursuitAid.dll in your GTA V/Plugins folder.
Place FootPursuitAid.ini in your GTA V/Plugins folder. Adjust the settings to your liking.
Place Albo1125.Common.dll in your GTA V folder.
Add "LoadPlugin FootPursuitAid.dll" to your startup file. Alternatively, load FootPursuitAid from the Rage console (F4 ingame).

LSPDFR Troubleshooter by Albo1125
This application checks for errors in your LSPDFR and RPH installations. It also checks for & fixes installation errors in my own mods, and various other popular ones.
Most errors can be automatically fixed by this application. If you're experiencing issues, give this a try!
To use: Launch the EXE file. Wait for LSPDFR Troubleshooter by Albo1125 to check for updates. Follow the procedures.

If you wish to install this vehicle to another slot, simply change the name of the vehicle, and change in the vehicle meta,
the handling line the slot uses to police3. Also remember that if the vehicle does not use siren setting 1, the car will not 
work as I have designed it!
 
INSTILLATION INSTRUCTIONS
================================
To install the vehicle models themselves, simply place them in your latest patch day in your mods folder.
I have installed the vehicles in my game to patchday10 where i have found the most success in them working.
 
To install the vehicles meta file, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
Or the spot you put your metas in. Simply copy over this line over the existing police3 line.
 
When available, install the carcols here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data
 
PACK NOTES

-These utilities have been a very long time in the making, they have taken almost 3 months to create, 
from crunching the base model, to putting the vehicles together. 
 
- These vehicles are quite large in file size, so i apologize if they are very hard on your computer!
 
- Because I didn't feel like compacting the vehicle into a slicktop and marked, there are two cars in this pack
 
- There are multiple extras on each vehicle, allowing for you to customize each vehicle to your liking.
 
- There will be version of this pack where you are able to install them as .OIVs, simplifing the install process
 
- There will also be a version of each vehicle using a specific carcols from Windows446 that will have a completely different
flash pattern. This will be a later update to this pack.
 
- If there are any questions i havent put below, please feel free to post in the comments section!
 
- There may be a few bugs with the models, which if you find, feel free to post in the comment section and ill try my best to fix them!

Q: Why aren't my lights bright?
A: You do not have light-enhancing mods installed. Download RadianceV and/or, Install my emissive bits into your visual settings,
or other mods that increase emergency lighting brightness.
 
Q: Why don't the lights work properly?
A: You most likely haven't set the siren settings in the carvar to 1.
 
Q: Will you please help me ins--
A: Did you read the readme? No? Sorry, can't help you. Yes? Then ask here.
 
Q: I don;t have Patchday10?
A: Then put the car in your latest patch day, or copy patchday10 over.
 
Q: Why does my game crash after I install the car/meta/carcol?
A: I don't know, it works in my game. Make sure you have no spaces when you coppied the line. 
 
Q: Will you send me ______?
A: No.
 
Q: Can I make skins for this vehicle?
A: By all means, go ahead, just dont re-upload the vehicle model itself.
 
Q: Does this vehicle use the same template as your other Utility/Other utilites.
A: Unfortunately no, The new FPIU is a completely different model, as such the wire frame of the body shell has changed vastly compared to my old model, 
so all current skins will just need some editing.

Before insalling it is recommended that you change your siren settings to 1 before you get
in game otherwise the model may not work properly. Once you get in game make sure you change

"displayUI" is an user interface made for @Albo1125's SirenMastery plugin. It's look has been mainly inspired by the UI used in @Lt.Caine's Emergency Lightning System IV V8.51 for LCPDFR. It's goal is to display all the important information to the player, while remaining simple and classy, perfectly fitting the rest of the GTA V's interface.
 
You need the original mod in order for displayUI to work:
INSTALLATION:
- Copy and paste the contents of this download's Grand Theft Auto V folder into your own Grand Theft Auto V folder. 
- You can edit the UI size in the Plugins/SirenMastery/Config/UIConfig.ini file (it is recommended to use 0.35 size for this UI)
 
KNOWN BUGS:
- The mute button is bugging out (but it's SirenMastery's problem, not the UI's itself)
 
 
DON'T FORGET TO WRITE A REVIEW AFTER YOU'VE TESTED THE UI OUT. THANK YOU! 
 
Please note that it is the first ever version of this mod, so it might not be perfect yet.

Well, just did another little theme for Captain14's vehicle pack which now includes the FPIS which is available for download below ! I figured even if I personally don't like them I will just start releasing them for the public to use and enjoy ! I might update these pack with more decals and change a few things in the future until then enjoy !

This texture pack has the California Highway Patrol skins for the seven primary vehicles in Captain14's LSPD Vehicle Pack.
 
Captain14's LSPD Vehicle Pack is required for these textures to be used.

All vehicle textures are 4k resolution.
