So kind of had Creators block for a HWY and Paleto bay pack I wanna work on so I took on this request to make a Hearse Police Car (Yea no seriously lol)
 
The only stipulations were that it be an unmarked unit (Template included for anyone that wants it to be marked lol), a slicktop unit, and that it was all blues (Blue and White combo).
 
So in case anyone else like @Kallus Rourke thought it would be funny/fun to patrol in a Hearse just to have something different LOL here's your chance!

This pack is based off Rusk County, Texas Sheriff's office. This pack is based off the OPP and includes stealth variations for a lot of the models. This pack will eventually include a few more vehicles but I wanted to share the pack so far. Planned models will include a Caprice, Impala, and 2016 FPIU, perhaps some others if people make a convincing suggestion. This pack also includes skins for transport vans and FIU vans. Also if you see any issues please let me know and I will try to correct. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section.

This mod creates ALPR-enabled traffic cameras around the city of Los Santos. If the traffic camera has a hit, it will notify you just as ALPR+ does. The notification will indicate the cross streets, the direction the vehicle is traveling, the flags, the vehicle model, color, and plates. You will only get hits from nearby traffic cameras. View the INI to edit the range.

 
 
Make sure to put ALPR_TrafficCameras.dll and ALPR_TrafficCameras.ini and ALPR_TrafficCameras.pdb into \Plugins\LSPDFR folder. 
Make sure to have the latest version of RageNativeUI installed.

Note: There may be some compatibility issues with Stop The Ped. When requesting a prisoner transport during the felony stop and having RecruitNearestCopForTransport=yes in STP's INI, it may cause a crash. This does not occur every time though.

ScenariOh! is a modification to help with roleplaying that lets you start various scenarios (animations + props) on the current player character.
 

 
Before you ask, this is and always will be a Rage Plugin Hook modification for single player. I will not make this compatible with multiplayer modifications.
Important: by using the modification, you agree to the terms and conditions in LICENSE.txt as included in the originally downloaded package from LCPDFR.com.
 
Installation
 
ScenariOh! is a Rage Plugin Hook modification, not an LSPDFR modification.
 
You must therefore copy the files in this package to your  GTA V directory\plugins folder.
 
To load the plugin on demand, open the Rage Plugin Hook console (default F4) and type:
 
LoadPlugin "ScenariOh.dll"
 
If you would like the plugin to be loaded by default when you start Rage Plugin Hook, open RPH’s settings (hold down Shift when starting RPH) and, in the Plugins tab, tick the plugin to add it to your RPH startup script. Then click Save and Launch.
 

 
Usage
Once the plugin is loaded, press the key combination (default Right Ctrl + S) to open the menu. 
 
Scroll between the different Categories using the first menu item. This allows you to have distinct menus for different roleplaying types — e.g. a cop Category and a medic Category, for example.
 
The next two menu items allow you to stop the current scenario (which will return control of your character to the keyboard/controller input). Stopping the scenario gracefully make take some time, as the “exit” animations will be played before returning control to you.
 
The remainder of the menu shows you the scenario lists available to you in the current category. Scroll through and find a desired scenario, then press Enter to start it. Esc will close the menu.
Customization! Oh my!
For more information on customizing ScenariOh!, including adding your own selections of scenarios to the menu, see the readme file in the downloaded package.

This is a Police Maverick (polmav) UV-mapped to support liveries. No other changes have been made to the model.
Included in the archive are 3 High Quality (4096x4096) and 4 Standard Quality (2048x2048) skins - LSPD, LSSD, SAHP and default Air Ambulance (only Standard Quality).
The glass works perfectly.

Install with OpenIV:

If you use my LSSD Maverick Mod or Realism Dispatch Enhanced, you can use the files from "Additional presets" folder to replace the relevant files from those mods.

Just a few Blaine County Sheriff skins I've worked on recently but didn't develop into a full pack. Thought I'd fit them to this neat Sheriff vehicle pack by Captain14 in case anyone wanted to use em.
