For all vehicle creators/modelers: I've included a documentation file, in case you want to make a compatible vehicle, where people can toggle the weapons in a gunrack. It's not complicated at all, and if you upload a vehicle with this feature, please send me a message so I can put a link up on this download page 🙂
 
This plugin allows you to store your Carbine Rifle, Shotgun, SMG, as well as Body Armor and Fire Extinguisher in your police car, and also to retrieve it. 
It does NOT require compatible vehicles, however, they will add additional features, like seeing your weapons appear/disappear from the gunrack.
 
Features:
Store your Carbine Rifle, Shotgun, SMG, fire extinguisher and armor in your patrol vehicle. Retrieve the same from either inside the vehicle, or from the outside. Stand near the driver door and press the key to retrieve your weapons, stand near the trunk and press the key to retrieve your armor + medkit and/or your fire extinguisher Includes some fancy animations Customizable attachments for the weapons Customizable keybinds  
 
Installation:
 
Put the .dll and the .ini into your "Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\" folder.
 
Make sure to take a look at the .ini file to set your name and preferred keybind.
 
You have to sit in a Police car  to store and retrieve your rifle/shotgun.
It does not matter whether it's a default police car, a replacement, or an addon, as long as you added the Police car correctly.
It works with the Carbine Rifle(MK2) and PumpShotgun, which come with an equipped flashlight upon retrieving.

Q: Where's the model?
A: I am not sure if I am allowed to post it with the model, if I hear I can I will add an update with the charger in the screenshots. Until then use BxBugs123's 2014 Dodge Charger (Or one that follows the same template)
 
Q: Why is it bad looking?
A: There are multiple reasons it might look bad; 1. Your settings are too low. 2. The file is corrupted (re-download). 3. You have an incompatible model. 4. You installed it wrong. 5. It is my first skin, so that could also be a reason.
 
Q: Can I send this to my friends?
A: If you use the LCPDFR mod link, yes.
 
Q: Can I put Screenshots or videos of this skin on social media(s)?
A: Yes, as long as you credit me for making the skin.

Okay, so here's the thing.... THIS SKIN IS IN MY OPINION 4/10. Some may love it, but honestly I absolutely hate it(because I feel it could be made better). I only made it, because one of my subscribers requested a FWC patrol and there were none made. It was suppose to be a one time thing. The ONLY reason I'm uploading it is because someone suggested I do so.

2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility 
West Shore Regional PD Inspired with some edits on skin and lights.  Also finally figured out how to put a swaying antenna for more realism. This is also my first ever skin I have fully made, hope you like it. Enjoy!

INSTALLATION
 
1. Open the OPENIV tool
2. Go to edit mode and navigate to mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \ patch4ng \ dlc.rpf \ x64 \ levels \ gta5 \ vehicles.rpf 
3. Click Edit Mode
4. Drag & Drop the police3.yft, police3_hi.yft, police3.ytd files, remember to create a backup
5. Replace vehicles.meta line from below into: update \ update.rpf \ common \ data \ levels \ gta5 OR copy the "police3" content below and replace it with yours
6. Put VCF in ELS / pack_default folder
7. Launch the game & enjoy!

Hey, I'm doing GTA V now! As a member of the VanillaWorks Discord's 2D artists team, I've gained an inspiration to make 1992-based mods. So expect a few more V mods, but I promise I won't forget about the IV scene, I'm not like that. Anyway, onto the mod!
 
Wanna take North Yankton back to the 90s? Now's your chance to enforce the law...90s style! Included are retextures for 11john11's Merit Classic and 1991 Premier, based upon the North Yankton State Patrol, which, in turn, is based on the North Dakota State Patrol, and of note for the Merit Classic, you will have the variation of either the 'modern' or 'retro' style livery, all with numbers on the boot/trunk.
 
I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed making them. Sure, my choices are limited for V - for one, I could be doing British, but I've decided to install my game's cars to a 1992 settings, and my second excuse is that the VanillaWorks team seems to be doing a lot of the work for me. I mean, I can't complain, really, but any suggestions for lore-friendly early-90s cars would be kindly appreciated.

A quick note - these will NOT spawn in North Yankton unless you configure mods to add traffic to the North Yankton map. And even still, you will have to reassign the police cars, somehow. Don't ask me about that.
 
This pack will be eventually expanded to include more retro-style lore-friendly vehicles in the near future. For now, this just stands as the beginning of my GTA V modding career.

4 textures, one black & one grey for both departments.
Graphics are colored in a way that will make them reflect light like the real ones do.
Modeled these after my local police & after a lot of research the same basic stealth design is widely used.
The car colors primary & secondary used in the screens are (normal) black for black & (normal) dark steel for the grey for best results.
The template i used was in thegreathah's LSPD 4.0 pack
Feel free to edit/use/upload them on anything you want! No permission needed

No pack from me for a while so here you have one. It's something different and completely unusable, but, I liked it and wanted to share it with you. I should mention that I'm planning on adding a van of some kind to this pack. Q&A
1. Can you make it with red and blue lights?
NO! This is a CPD specific vehicle and was made to only work with all blue lights.
 
2. Can you remove the sign on the light bar?
NO! That is a Beat Tag and is a signature tradition of CPD. This was not made to be a universal vehicle and is built to CPD specifications.
 
3. Does CPD use that skin?
YES! It is the new design that was chosen by Superintendent Eddie Johnson to replace the "out dated" blue stripe car that has been used since the early 1970's

Hi ladies. So here is this pack, I thought I would go pretty unique and the mix of a Vespucci Beach PD pack and a Raydian is a perfect combination for a unique pack in my eyes. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Dewey Beach, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, and lightbar are accurate to Dewey Beach. The pack comes with 6 different vehicles, two CVPIs, one FPIU, one Tahoe, one Silverado, and one FPIS. A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis
