I created these textures as my first ever to see if texturing is something I would enjoy and would want to get involved in. I had fun with these 2, so hopefully I'll be able to improve greatly so that I can put out another pack bigger and better than this. I may make some changes to these textures, or I might add some in the future as well. Let me know what you think, thanks. ❤️

Hello everyone! I'm here with my pride to present one of the hardest cars to make, knowing that its supposed to replicate its real life counterpart. The car I'm going to present you is a Chevrolet Caprice 9C1 from Los Angeles Sheriff's Department. This car is a reknown piece of history for the department and also cars in general. It wasn't easy to make, or better say know to make this car. There were so few pics of it (most of them are shitty replicas spawning randomly on Google) that I had to dig in things like LASD classic recruiting videos and even the episodes from the COPS TV Series (Season 2, 1989-1990) to find actual references of this car, and make it like how it's supposed to be.
And now, I finally succeded!
 
F.A.Q.
Q: Why do the lights steady burn randomly?
A: It's probably an ELS thing, use a trainer to disable the extras which turn on the lights.
Q: Why are LSTG-1 and LSTG-2 the same?
A: As you know, this car is from the 80s, so don't expect to have so many patterns and be a fancy Christmas tree.
Q: Why doesn’t the car work?

Information:
Been playing and watching a lot of New York Sheriff videos recently, along with having friends from the state. The concept of the law which states that Police Vehicles should have red and white light's facing forward intrigued me (don't quote me on that, just going on what I've heard). This has changeable light bar textures, so if you don't like coloured glass you can change it. This is a FICTIONAL pack. It is not based of any department in particular.

Blaine County Sheriff Pack by SCPDUnit23.
 
This is one of my first police pack for GTA V and my first modding experience ever. The pack is inspired by the Fortune Valley Police Department from NFS Payback. This pack will contain 5 vehicles, including:
-2011 Ford CrownVictoria Police Interceptor
-2012 Dodge Charger Pursuit
-2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility
-2016 Chevrolet Tahoe PPV
-2016 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Z06
 
Templates has been provided if you want to create your own liveries. Note the Corvette template may be hard to skin with
as the templated I created isn't as great (baby steps :P). I would recommend to use Photoshop for the decals and Paint for the 
fillings of the skin but the preference is up to you.
 
Disclaimer:

screenshots, and liveries without explicit written permission. You are free to use this for FiveM or any other multiplayer servers
(except GTA Online).
 
Installation:
1. Use OpenIV and install the car mods to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday18ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
2. Install the VCF ELS files under Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
3. If the lightbar does not seem to be flashing, set the diffuse tint value to 
    <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> in whatever car slot you replaced in vehicles.meta file. 
4. The Ford Explorer and the Chevy Corvette have modified properties in vehicles.meta so the car handles correctly. 
See instructions in the car folders for installation. 
 
Known Bugs:
-Headlights and taillights sometimes screw up on the Corvette caused by dirt effects
-Door collision does not work properly on the Corvette. 
 
If bugs are found please report them as soon as possible 😉

-As an easter egg, there is a skin hidden in one of the cars in this pack. It's based off of the cops in NFS No Limits.
You can use OpenIV to find this hidden skin or enable FLAG_HAS_LIVERY in vehicles.meta in one of the cars. Post a screenshot in the 
comments if you ever find this secret car. 😉

A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 😞
I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

Enhance your LSPDFR experience with this mod which adds specific road names to the dispatch audio to give more immersion and realism.
For example, "Backup required in Grand Senora Desert", it will now be, "Backup required on Joshua Road" (Depending on what road you are on, of course). There are 250+ audio files that cover 99% of all roads in GTA V.
Credit to Rockstar Games as these audio files were ripped from GTA V using OPEN IV.

This callout pack aims to bring more realism in terms of what police officers deal with on a daily basis; it's not always just shootouts and police pursuits, but rather incidents such as people acting suspiciously, and investigating people's actions. 
 
Feel free to edit the .ini file to configure what callouts you want the game to spawn.
 
 
Overall, I hope you enjoy, and please leave a comment/review saying your opinion about any feature, and what needs to be improved/added. I'm trying to base callouts off of ones that haven't been added by other callout packs from my own knowledge, and if there are any that are similar, I will try and vary the context and the outcome to make it more diverse.

CALLOUTS:

Currently, there are eight callouts available as of v2.1.0.0:
 
Shoplifting (Clothing Store) - Asses the situation, and arrest the suspect if they are in possession of stolen items.
 
Suspicious Ammunition Purchase - A person is attempting to buy a large amount of ammunition - further information available when on-scene.
 
Objects On The Roadway - Clear the objects that are holding up vehicles to prevent any accidents occuring.
 
Suspicious Person - Unknown person who has been reported to be acting in a suspicious manner. Take precautions as you don't know what they have on them!
 
Assault with a Firearm - Get to the scene of this one quick, and attempt to take down the shooter. (Multiple callout locations - more coming).
 
Abuse Of 911 - Someone is wasting the emergency service's time by repeatedly phoning 911 when they don't need it. Investigate their phone to see if they have any recent logs or not.
 
Trespassing - Someone is on land that they shouldn't, whether it be residential land or commercial, or even military.
 
Vehicle Explosion - A fire or unknown event has caused a vehicle to explode.
 
 
Also, lots of credit to LtFlash for making the plugin CoordSaverV, as it was massively helpful in being able to determine spawn locations for these callouts.

BVA–Basic Vehicle Actions is a script modification that adds some simple vehicle functionality, including persistent braking lights, the ability to toggle the engine state, indicators, and parking mode. It also allows custom vehicle exit styles to better suit the user's gameplay.
 
DESCRIPTION
− BVA provides several simple vehicle features.
− You can toggle a parking mode (to save your vehicle), toggle a vehicle’s engine state, and use indicators, among other things.
− BVA allows for persistent braking lights whenever a vehicle is stopped.
− BVA also allows the user to choose an exit style (from 3 available) for both short and long presses of the vehicle exit button.
− BVA includes a seatbelt feature and the ability to shuffle vehicle seats.
− BVA includes custom sounds for added immersion.
 
NOTES
− Consult the FEATURE INFO file to learn more about BVA and its features.
− The parking mode feature is disabled by default, as it may cause issues when using a controller.
− You may enable the feature in the BVA.ini file.
 
INSTALLATION
− A GTAV ScriptHook must be installed for any .asi modification to work. The original may be found HERE.
− Using script modifications in GTA Online can result in a temporary or permanent ban from the service.
− 1. Place the .asi and .ini files provided in the download inside your main GTAV game directory.
− 2. Modify the .ini file as you see fit.
− 3. Start your game.

Not only can you now have snow in GTA V (http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/9749-gta-v-snow-mod-snowball-pickup/), but you can now treat yourself to some fireworks too!
Just like in GTA Online, you can now plop down a variety of fireworks in the single player game for some eardrum bursting fun.

Installation + Usage
This mod is a plugin designed for use with the RAGE Plugin Hook (http://ragepluginhook.net/)  You'll need version 0.29 or later.
Place fireworks.dll in your plugins folder and be sure to load it! Hold down P to plant a firework on the ground while standing still. Fireworks will detonate automatically when you move away from them. You can have a (theoretically) unlimited number of fireworks.
