Finally its here.First,i want to thank @0taku for that amazing base model.Also @harrison90 for that super sexy Engine 63 skin.Without them this wouldnt be possible.Go check them out 🔥.The model is how its supposted to be.There are some flicker bugs on the lightbar.Im unable to fix this but its nothing huge.Other than that i didnt found any bugs.But if you found some hit me up with a message.More to come!!!

I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

Razer & Corsair Keyboard Police Lights
 
Adds police lighting effects to Chroma & Cue enabled Razer/Corsair devices.
The effects exists out of predefined patterns and your own created patterns which can be activated by the configuration file for the keyboard and mouse.
The color of the effects can also be modified to predefined color values or RGB values.
This plugin supports ELS.

About the Vehicle:
This vehicle was originally uploaded on 09/8/2018. To this day, It is still my most downloaded vehicle. I cannot thank you all enough for the support you have shown this file. This file has been continuously updated as my assets and skillset develops. Today, I'm prod to be able to release this vehicle with a complete overhaul. This vehicle has been completely redone from the tire up. The vehicle base has been changed along with many other developmental parts. This vehicle features the best equipment the modding community has to offer. Thank you to the amazing devs that put in countless hours. This vehicle still averages an insane amount of downloads DAILY. If you have previously used this vehicle, the old version will be included in the download should you choose to use it. Like I stated previously, all the lighting has been redone. I have tried to keep the lighting scheme similar for those who liked it how it was. The antennas have also been redone to reflect a more realistic police vehicle antenna setup. Check out the roadmap for projects coming in the near future. If you made a livery for the old version, it should still work with the new base.

Copy the "Plugins" folder to your main GTA V directory. Pick an XML to use depending on what search plugin you have for added realism! (not required) Enjoy!

South Carolina Department of Public Safety Mega Pack

Around two years ago, I was inspired to create a 2009 Ford Crown Victoria to the tune of the South Carolina Highway patrol. It was a crappy model and texture and needed a lot of work. Now that I have the exact specs of the Highway patrol, and the rest of the Department of Public Safety, I have decided to work hard to make a pack containing a ton of vehicles from four agencies from the South Carolina Department of Public Safety.
 
Firstly, let me explain what each department does;
South Carolina Highway Patrol
"Provides equitable service and protection, and upholds the laws of the constitutions of the United States and the State of South Carolina in order to promote a safe and secure environment for the public." - SCDPS
South Carolina State Transport Police
"is the premier law enforcement division in South Carolina for enforcing both federal regulations and state laws pertaining to commercial motor vehicles.  " - SCSTP
South Carolina Bureau of Protective Services
"ensures the safety and well-being of all citizens, employees and elected representatives and those attending scheduled events or while visiting or conducting business on the grounds of the South Carolina State Capitol Complex and other designated state facilities." -SCBPS
South Carolina Department of Natural Resources
Preserves the wilderness, fish, and game of the State of South Carolina. They work with communities to make sure hunting, fishing, and laws concerning nature are being followed, as well as restock rivers with fish and other assorted works. They were deployed to Texas to aid with the Hurricane Harvey Recovery Process.

This is just a skin I thought up a while back and people liked it, so I finally got around to making a mini pack of it. This pack, like all my others is usually open for updates and additions but for now I think you will find some fun things in there to keep you occupied. I think that basically covers it, please enjoy this pack and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use, then importing all the skins for the corresponding vehicle then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. Let me know if I missed anything.

Remember everyone, I base my skin packs off of base model templates NOT for any one specific vehicle pack. Because the templates don't really change, skins can be applied to basically any pack of your choice so long as the base models used are the same as the ones I have used. I do try to use the most common base models so they should cover the bulk of the vehicle packs available.

I’m proud to present the Taser X2 stun gun replacement mod for GTA V.
 
The version 1.0.0 release includes the base X2 model and a variant with the Taser Cam HD attachment.
 
Also included are texture variants for black and yellow gun colors.

NOTE: The hands of the peds do tend to go through the model depending on position. This is due to V's default animations when holding weapons, not much I know to do about it.
 
Main Installation
Choose a model variant (Base or Cam). Open weapons.rpf inside of \mods(if enabled)\\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday8ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\ using OpenIV. Click “Edit mode” button inside of OpenIV (right of the path box). Replace w_pi_stungun+hi.ytd, w_pi_stungun_hi.ydr, w_pi_stungun.ytd, and w_pi_stungun.ydr using files from selected model variant above. Close OpenIV and start GTA V.  
Note: Installation directions written for patch v1493. Other patch versions installation may differ.
 
Installation of texture variants
To install texture variants replace the appropriate x2_high.png in w_pi_stungun+hi.ytd and the x2_low.png in w_pi_stungun.ytd.
 
Experience Performance Drops?
The main X2 mod includes 2048x2048 textures. If you're experiencing performance drops, download the low res pack zip file and follow the included read me file.
