I added some police lights and made a livery. There is no cage unfortunately. But the car is unlocked and everybody can edit it.

CAUTION! MAKE BACKUP
You need to edit some meta files to make this model work properly.
Open vehicles.meta, search (CTLR+F) for "policet" and find the line "<diffuseTint value="0x54132C0B" />" and change it with: "<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />"
Then search the line with: "<lodDistances content="float_array">" and change the numbers to:
        115.000000    
        130.000000
        170.000000    
        240.000000    
        500.000000    
        500.000000
 

IN CASE YOUR LIGHTBAR DONT WORK:
Replace carvariations meta OR edit it.
Go to Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpchristmas2/dlc.rpf/common/data and extract carvariations.meta

Open carvariations.meta and add this between "<variationData>HERE<Item>"

I added some yellow lights and made a livery.

I made some Liveries for 2016 Chevy Express by DevinKan.

Replace "express_sign_1" in your .ytd file or add them.

Liveries:

Simple state highway patrol livery for cvpi.
Made it for me but wanted to share it.
