how do i spawn the cars? what is the car ingame called?

i have followed your instructions word by word, multiple times, and every time i install, i have weird floating red and blue lighting above the bike, and the lights in general dont work. I know its my error. what can i possibly be doing wrong? when adding the vehicle/cara.meta im extracting it to the desktop then putting it in my gta folder through open iv, i added the lines you said to also to make him sit right. is it possible its not being added to my files somehow?

in the read me, you never said where the vehicle meta goes, where does it go

im trying to install steel wheel version of the car. i want to replace police4, but your instructions are not telling me which files to go into. here is what you supplied. Make sure change file name to police4 first Open IV\GTAV\x64e\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf and replace police4_hi.yft police4.yft police4.ytd Vehicles.meta Open IV\GTAv\update\update.rpf\common\data\level\gta5 and replace vehicles.meta which update. where do i start. you gave me the end file location, not the beginning. whats the full file location?
