i am having a problem with loading gta iv. when i press play, the loading scene with the various amount of characters seems to take forever to load and it just keeps changing pictures of the characters over and over and nothing ever happens. please help me.

how do i get "LanuchGTAIV" in my folder under Grand Theft Auto IV because i have steam and im trying to download els and i need to run the game as administrator, so i need "launchgtaiv" in order to do that.

do any of you guys know how to locate the file vehicle.img. i cant seem to find it because i am trying to download cars but i dont know how.

where would the GTAIV directory be located? i dont know where to find it.

i am not sure how to download LCPDFR using steam because that is where i have the game GTA IV. can you please help me with this? i do not know what to do, i followed the video but he doesnt explain how to do it using steam. thank you.

do i need to buy the game gta iv in order to download lcpdfr ? if i do, then can i buy it off steam or does it need to be a disc ?
