Game wouldn't start a callout. Tried to start through command console and still wouldn't work. RagePluginHook.log

My callouts are set to yes when I'm on patrol, it just doesn't dispatch.

I was playing perfectly fine yesterday and now the game loads up fine and I can go on duty, but I won't get dispatched to any calls. I can't start callouts through the rage console. I can start callouts from the radio menu but only a select few will load. others will dispatch then immediately clear. I redownloaded a fresh copy of GTA V and lspdfr was the only installed mod and it wouldn't even start callouts at all. All I can do currently is pretty much traffic stops and a select few plugin callouts. RagePluginHook.log
