there is not really a tutorial for scripting with ScriptHook on YouTube, I recommend you read the help file that comes with the Script Hook for Dev's as it will tell you everything you can do (though I find it hard to read and understand sometimes), there is a slightly outdated tutorial out there, but I can't find it right now. *EDIT* Just found it, here give this a read over http://gtaforums.com/topic/401577-iv-net-writing-net-scripts-in-c/

are you sure FRAPS and Bandicam are running on GTA IV? Turn the FPS display on and see if they show up when the game is running, if not it's on something else thats giving you the problem. I've never had a problem running bandicam in GTA IV

you should be able to set a Vector 3 location where you want specific cars to spawn when the mod is started up.

Silicone Injections about the area's that you want to enlarge. Not too much or they will get poisoning.

Thanks for the support. I hope to make it a much better system, cleaner, and revamped. I also hope that it can grow into a big system and I hope to constantly update it to improve it. I'm always taking suggestions so if you have them feel free to let me know.
