    It was 16.12mb. I just found albo's video for troubleshooting. I brought it down to just over 15mb. Fingers crossed. EDIT: So I just tested it out. I am beginning to wonder if the sirens are too quiet. I know with SirenMastery we increase the siren tones so they play louder. I was just playing and the Sheriff's cars had their sirens playing just fine, but were very very quiet. Second Edit: Tried altering the volume for siren mastery, no success. Just makes the sirens for SM quieter (I know that's been stated plenty of times in this post.) Hopefully 3rd and Final: I am using ELS. And when I follow the steps to use SM and ELS I muted all sirens from and police car but my own. My issue is fixed for now, hopefully some AI support at a later date.

    Attempted that, no success. I then removed the vehicles.awc from the "Mod" folder, again without success.

    Has anyone seemed to figure out the AI no siren bug? I recall reading that the vehicles.awc must be 15.75 mb or smaller or else it will be muted. Both the vehicles.awc in my Mod folder as well as my back up both at 16.12mb. Have no clue as to why this is? Any suggestions? I love this mod but it sucks not having regular sirens work.

    A simple texture, haven't done one in a while. I am open to suggestions on what style to make next. Leave a comment and let me know, I can make a whole fleet as the original file contains 8 separate liveries.

    This is loosely based off of Toronto EMS, there is a bonus file which has a green (instead of orange) color along with the one shown in the previews. Finally got a computer that is able to handle GTA V again.. been away from doing liveries for quite a while. Hopefully I will be contributing more. Open to any feedback, I thoroughly enjoy making textures so I can take requests. You will need PimDSLR's Ford E450, as this texture was used on this model.

    I tried that before, didn't seem to work. However what I found out the problem to be was stuttering. I simply put the command in to open in a windowed mode and it works fine now with out the annoying lines. Thanks for the help guys.

    I did yes, if I hadn't it would have gone way too fast for my liking. However I will change it back to the normal setting and will get back. Edit: made an interesting discovery. When I moved my screen [in game] fast it would cause the same effect. With the strange lines as noted above. I will decrease my visual settings to see if that helps.

    FIXED: Issue was in-game stuttering, fixed with "Windowed" mode. Hey all, Have been experiencing this annoying little bug recently. It almost seems to me like there is an issue with the frame rate in my game, which makes no sense at all as I am running an Alienware computer, which blows all specs out of the water. Have updated gfx card. Been playing around in the ELS.ini file for a couple days now with no positive results. Any ideas how I can fix this? I have a video to show what I mean. And the flickering is the problem, and it is not caused by my phone I took the video with. Running ELS v6 GTA v1.0.7.0 Happens with ENB on and off EDIT I also went in and changed the "Range_LightsP = 10 // Range of primary environment light", obviously to 10. Still causes the same problem - here is a video, a little hard to see but it is still noticeable. It is even worse with the yellow secondary lights on. Also, it does not happen specifically with this car, also happens with the Fire truck, FBI, all sorts of different models. Thanks for the help.
