The Los Santos/Los Angeles area has received a new police bike! The Hakuchou 1100P police variant is joining the streets! Built with power and maneuverability, this bike is a MUST for all departments who have a bike division! 
This model was based of the CHP BMW police bike. Hope you all enjoy! 
 

This model was edited/created by me. It has a CHP skin on it and LSPD one. Both quickly done.
I am not the best skin maker, so I leave it up to the pros.

Then go to
If you wish to replace skins, replace the skin 'BIKE_SIGN_#' inside the .ytd

Replace the policeb meta with this.

Body Cam
Do not redistribute or reupload this without my explicit permission.
Body Cam is a mod whose original intention is to add physical body cams to officers. As an added bonus, it allows you to switch to your own body cam view.
In the INI file, you can set which ped models should be fitted with a bodycam. You can also set the keys to switch to your Body Cam view - which, as an added bonus, can also be used within the Rockstar Editor.

If you have any tipps or suggestions don't hesitate to leave a comment or a message :) This mod replaces the s_m_y_hwaycop_01 by default.
Features:
black and white shirts black and reflective stab vests This mod doesn't include any hats but it is poissible to use the one provided by Ultimate British Police Uniforms. You will have to rename the files from s_m_y_cop_01_p to s_m_y_hwaycop_01_p. The rest of the installation is the same.
Installation:
1. Back up your \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf file.
2. Navigate to \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\ using OpenIV.
3. Open componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf and activate Edit Mode (e.g. by using F6).
4. Drag all four s_m_y_hwaycop_01 files into the archive.
Have a look at the instructions included in the file for advanced installation.

This is the dev model released by F5544 i have made an NYPD Marked version added lights and lightup TOUGHBOOK and a pushbar
All light mods are edit by myself 
l have edit the lightbar to replicate nypd but also that the siren light works correctly

Handling issues seems to be most who have changed vehicle meta to fix this
 
Extract and Edit vehicles.meta (most likely in update.rpf -> common -> data -> levels -> gta5)
Search for <modelName>police3 
Change <handlingId>FELON</handlingId> to <handlingId>POLICE3</handlingId> 
Save and Reinsert with OpenIV 
 
INSTALL 
You need to replace the files POLICE3

Update/x64/dlcpacks/PATCHDAY4NG/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles with the ones in the download folder ENJOY!

This is the mesa3 used by merry weather that I added lights and decals to. I added the lights and decals that I took from the gta sheriff's suv , interceptor,  and the police buffalo I hope yall have fun with this and a video will be posted on youtube shortly.
