    Hi, I think I had the same problem as you. I installed this things in this order 1) code 3 callouts 0.4 2) traffic control 0.5 3) arrest manager 3.8. All these files have a stealth.common.dll file and I dont know if they are different, but what I did was: copy the steal.common.dll in code 3 callouts again. It is working fine now. So maybe you installed something else, and overwrote the stealth.common.dll ? I hope this solves your issue.
