  1. I had the same problem Smothy, except I was dealing with a gaming tower from a company (not going to mention any names) but it was way below performance and malfunctioning, sent it back twice, it got wiped both times and I had no trouble re-installing GTA, but I purchased it from Amazon. So you should be good to go
  2. As always, A+ videos.
  3. So many to choose from...yikes, lol. NYC 22 is a good show in my opinion, would of liked to see more seasons, but at least you can still see it on Netflix. I think for Policing though, Boston's Finest takes the cake for me, although Alaska State Troopers is fun to watch too to just see how diverse some of those troopers have to be. Also gotta' throw Flashpoint in there too, but I am definitely not a fan of any of the CSI series.
  4. Haha what an awesome idea, nice work!
  5. http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/texturing-tips-and-tutorials/texturing-tips-and-tricks-r8 There are a few different tutorials about making skins and how to add them found right here on the website under the tutorials section, but I added a link to one as well.
  6. Definetly have some great classics in there, and I also absolutely love the Bourne series, but my favorite is from Jack Reacher.
  7. I brought up the China incident because it was relevant, I could go into detail, but I don't want to hijack this original thread, and I also already answered that question about America. and to answer your last question yes I was, but that shouldn't change anything.
  8. The same day as the Newtown, Conn. shooting, a man in china broke into a school and used a knife and slashed 23 children, so in your case, lets ban knives too, right? Don't believe me because you didn't hear about it from your mainstream media? Look it up and get your facts straight. The second amendment states: "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." The United States earned it's freedom from a tyrannous government and made sure it would never happen again, hence the second amendment. Nobody "likes" America because we want to keep what we so desperately fought for? Yeah, okay lol. I think you should get some facts straight before posting an ignorant comment like that against an entire nation. You know who could have stopped this shooting? One citizen that was concealed carrying, and being allowed to do so and not have to worry about being in a "gun free" zone. All these gun free zones are doing is creating an environment where a shooter can go in knowing he will meet no resistance. Also, I find it very ironic that the people who are so against concealed carry permit holders, and who are so afraid of guns don't realize, that the minute something goes sour, those CCW carriers would be the first and only people that would be able to protect somebody. InnermostZero has it exactly right, "People kill people, not guns." Sick people will always find a way to hurt others, like the man in China, the last thing we need to be doing is taking away a tool that would stop these threats.
  9. Couldn't agree more. It looks good on paper, in reality though, it is just not working. We need to start fighting fire with fire..
  10. Everything looks great, and being able to pull information from a server would really take your project to the next level. Also I have a quick suggestion or idea, (if it is even possible to implement) but if you could put a small dispatch tone board, or something to play a media file while dispatching, I think that would also be a great improvement for role players. Also I agree with the person's suggestion about the map and gps before, If all of these things were possible I think this would be a must have mod for everyone. This project looks extremely promising.
  11. Awesome videos, very entertaining to watch. Also Subscribed to your youtube channel, looking forward to more videos! Also a quick tip, I noticed in a couple videos when you are waiting for a red light people drive up and hit you like you aren't there, causes crazy traffic issues. If you tap the gas repeatedly when you are sitting there waiting for the light, (not enough to move forward) they should keep at bay like regular traffic. Anyways, nice job!
  12. So say if I was in a clan, had a whole texture pack and everything I could set up a whole new GTA folder for online gameplay, then revert back to another one for my own mods, like what you have set up? Jeesh I wish I would of known of that months ago, would of saved me so much time changing out textures, lol.
  13. I would go with the steam version. Also, with steam you don't have to worry about losing a product key or a situation like that, like you would have with a retail/cd version (problem I ran into awhile back). Good luck!
  14. This ELS-DN looks amazing from the sample pictures, sounds very promising. Looking forward to its release!
