  1. Quick Questions to understand the modding better

    Hello everybody. I am hanging around this site for a while now. I have LSPDFR 0.3 running with several plugins and bunch of vehicles. It all runs like a charm and I love it. I feel that I pretty much know what I am doing and have a good overwiev. Whenever I messed up my game, I was able to get everything working again in a few minutes. But there are some thing that I just dont really understand and I have trouble finding some tutorials or so. 1. I totally dont get, why some cars go into "patchday4ng" and others go into "patchday5ng" for example. I think I installed a modded police3 into patchday4 once, and when I was going to install another police3 the included readme file said to put it into patchday3....since it worked before with patchday4, I used this one again and it worked....but I think I dont really understand. 2. vehicles.meta and carvariations ... When to use which ? what exactly do they ? there are also several copies on different locations of them I think I saw....why ? Thanks to everybody who likes to help. If there are good sites to look this all up I would also be happy. greets from germany :)

    I do have the feeling that it has some problems with modded in cars or maybe with the Improved Spotlight and LED lighting. My game likes to crash once in a while when I have emergency strobes running since I added cars and the new lightning. when I turn off emergency strobes I dont have problems. Did anybody experience the same ? thanks
