I visit the Grand Canyon not too long ago, saw some U.S Park Ranger vehicle so I got the urge to make some livery
 
These Livery are not 100% accurate to the original but is designed to my own liking

A brand newish 2015 Chevy Tahoe
This vehicle was built to be used as a slicktop or unmarked vehicle
 
It features a realistic lighting setup with split colors in the visor lights
A very simple yet effective setup with texture files included for red/blue/white
as well as blue/blue/white
 
Please remember to use the included ELS vcf file for correct light effects
 
Other features include
Setina Single Person Partition on the passenger side
Working full visor takedown lights
Optional bike and bike rack (extra 8)

This plugin makes the flashlight on your weapon stay on when you're not aiming and when you're in a vehicle. 
To toggle the flashlight you use the same controls as in the normal game, E on the keyboard and DPad Right on the controller, by default.

Why is there 2 districts?
There are 2 Districts because in the server that I own, we have this system were (District 1) is South Los Santos and (District 2) is North Los Santos.
 
Are you ever going to make more liverys?
There will definitely be more liverys by the next update!!!
 
What cars will you make in the future?
I'm thinking of a LOT of cars in the future for this, and once I can get back to my main computer I will make so you can just drag and drop with the actuall car file into your files.
 
Will there be K9 liverys or more?
I'm thinking about it, and there are definitely going to be gang unit.

This is my first model that i've done a public release on, I plan to do a lot more. Textures are all custom from a box of gloves I have a home lol. Poly is mentioned in the pictures, pretty much just a box that I put a texture on in Blender. Materials come included, just simply add it to your car in Zmod and put the texture in your vehicles ytd. You may use this is any vehicle you wish, just please provide credits. You may NOT resell this *Unless its modified* Those who sell vehicle models on the market, feel free to add it to your vehicle just please give me some credit 🙂

Working Fire Extinguisher

Since you can't use the Fire Extinguisher in the base game, I developed this script which makes the fire extinguisher functional.

Requirements
LSPDFR 0.4.9 or higher  
 
Installation
Drag the "plugins" folder from the zip to your GTA5 main directory
 
 
How do I use it?
Open the RagePluginHook-Console (default key: F4) Copy this into the command line: GiveWeapon WEAPON_FIREEXTINGUISHER Press Enter Nice! You can now use the extinguisher just like any other weapon  
You can also edit lspdfr's inventory.xml and add the WEAPON_FIREEXTINGUISHER to a loadout.

Hello again!
This is a small project i worked on to learn more about LOD's with models so model is fully LOD'd L0-L3.
This charger livery is based around Grand Chute, Wisconsin.
The Charger also has full Soundoff signal lighting build the pattern is based around IRL Soundoff patterns but with a touch for ELS.

The charger is also very high quality i put alot of work into this and i really hope you guys like it i will have some more ELS Cars on the way!

This mod adds enhanced functionality by allowing you to request a unit to secure your vehicle, primarily when you get into a foot pursuit.
 

 
Make sure to put SecureMyVehicle.dll and SecureMyVehicle.ini and SecureMyVehicle.pdb into \Plugins\LSPDFR folder.
Make sure to have the latest version of RageNativeUI installed.
 
Take a look at the INI at least once to make sure you are satisfied with the settings. You can also modify the INI values within the in-game plugin menu.
