Hey, this is my second-ever mod created for GTA V. It's a Memorial Wall inspired by the one from the Los Angeles Police Protective League, and it features a simple donation box.

 


Instructions:
Download and install OpenIV from here. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. Launch OpenIV. Open the OpenIV application and select "Windows" under the Grand Theft Auto V section. Enable Edit Mode. Once OpenIV is open, click on the "Edit mode" button located at the top of the window. A prompt will appear asking for confirmation; click "Yes" to enable edit mode. Locate the dlcpacks Folder. In OpenIV, navigate to the following path: mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks. Drag and drop the MemorialWall folder into this directory. Add MemorialWall to the dlclist.xml. In OpenIV, navigate to: mods > update > update.rpf > common > data. Find and right-click on dlclist.xml and select "Edit". Add the following line at the bottom of the list but before the closing </Paths> tag: <Item>dlcpacks:/MemorialWall/</Item> Save and close the editor. Verify Installation. Launch GTA V and enter single player mode. Use a trainer or a mod menu to access the new prop items added via the mpclothes DLC pack.

I used an image compressor to upload the screenshots. My monitor is too big apparently. Liveries aren't matte or pastel as they appear in the screenshots, they look much better in game.

It's been sitting on my comp doing nothing for a few years.
I got the model from Turbosquid in 2020 and I've been meaning to release it for ages, but totally forgot about it.
 
It's templated and comes with blank black and white textures.

I've put the column shift from my E350 and removed the standard shifter.
It leaves room for police equipment.

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.

HOW TO INSTALL REPLACE VARIANT
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday24ng - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf
Drag and Drop the YTD and YFT Files from the folders of the cars you want to install
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!
 
HOW TO INSTALL ADDON VARIANT!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "C3 BCSO Pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/C3 BCSO Pack/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

There is a YTD file and an ELS XML file included to convert the lighting to all blue. Vehicle texture on its own should fit any Tahoe that uses tahoe71_sign_1 for its texture. Thanks and I hope y'all enjoy these!

If you ask someone what the golden era of police cars was, they'll probably answer the 90s with the Vapid Stanier, but before than, Declasse had the market grabbed all for itself with the Impaler LX, a car the size of a small room and the aerodynamics of a brick. But the problem began in 1993 when Vapid presented their Stanier, the begging of a legend in law enforcement, and Declasse didn't want to stay behind so they came up with the fourth generation of the Impaler, more aerodynamic, bigger even and another iconic police car in the ranks of the LSPD, specially amongst CRASH officers. In any case, these two lasted way more than they should've but in some places they are still kicking
 
This is a pack consisting on police versions of the Impaler LX and the Impaler SZ from the latest update. In principle they were gonna be standalone packs but since there was no point on being separated I put them together in a somewhat big pack. This is meant to replace my old <a href="https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/declasse-brigham-police-cruiser-minipack-addon">Brigham pack</a> since that model is now redundant with the introduction of the Impaler LX. I might even delete it. Anyway I hope you love this pack as much as I loved making it

Virginia State Police Pack
Hello to all! This pack has been in the making for a long time for some reason. I happy to say that it is finally done. I'm at a point where I'm comfortable to release it. To my knowledge, this pack has been made with the most accuracy this site has seen when it comes to VSP vehicles. These models are made with with the highest quality parts from some amazing devs, and assembled by me of course. These models are very close to the real deal, however, may lack minor details that would be accurate to the real life courter parts. Lastly, this pack does include the option to use in-game paint colors for the vehicle base color. This allows for a more accurate base color, and makes the vehicles look a lot better. Special thanks to Eclipse  for the reference photos that were provided.

Known Bugs;
There is a problem with the current that makes it so the emissives aren't centered. This will be fixed in the next update, but in the meantime if you care enough to fix it, do it yourself.
There is a problem where window tint effects the Valor, this will be fixed in the next update.

Description;
Here is my updated Federal Signal Valor, if you find any issues, please tell me in my discord here.
Also, this Valor does have hotfeet, but the fleet I am making for the screenshots doesn't have it!
To clarify; This model is not 100% accurate, and I probably won't edit to be 100% accurate, I have only edited to fix some pretty obvious issues with the old valor to make it more usable.
