GTA 5 Jedi Master

This is my first model so there may be some minor issues, however, after multiple hours of testing I haven't found any. The picture with the SoundOff Intersector is old. Those now move with the door along with the emissives.

2011 CVPI using a simple Red and Blue Whelen setup. 

The livery is also part of a mega-pack that I'm working on.

Do you ever make a car model and have awesome takedowns just to find that the light shines backward in-game?

Simply merge this into your project and move the dummy to be located in the driver seat headrest. Then compound your meshes into the dummy and you should have proper environmental lighting for your awesome takedowns! Want alley lights, too? Just make a copy of the dummy and rename it to extra_12!

First attempt at making a non-callout plugin 💀. Idk how useful this is, but hopefully it stops backup units from killing suspects before they can surrender. This also works for pursuits. 
 
Default Keybind: H (you can change it in the ini file)
If you want to play the animation, you need to enable it in the ini.  
Use this plugin with Ultimate Backup or your lspdfr will crash. 
Either download UltimateBackup or don't use my plugin. I have tested gameplay with default lspdfr backup and they don't even shoot at suspects, therefore it makes no sense to use this plugin if you don't have UltimateBackup. 
 
You may need to press it more than once, but it should work as long as the suspect isn't actively shooting at you.
 
File gets flagged as a threat/virus: It's a false positive, you can temporarily disable your AV and download, then re-enable it

You can see that when I press H (also the key for headlights) the cop stops shooting.

Hey all, something a little different this time, I thought it'd be fun to try and recreate a real unit instead of my usual fictional stuff and so I did.
This an an NYPD Highway Patrol CVPI based on this, this probably isn't perfectly 1:1, I just wanted to get close.
Due to me wanting to recreate the unit, this has no extras and everything is as it is but I hope you all enjoy it either way.

Decided to Do another Park Ranger Vehicle After the TRX was Successful. This is Raz3r's Recent uploaded model decided to slap some Code 3 lighting on it to show a more modern approach for park rangers. with animated Spotlight - emissive is disabled due to bug will fix in upcoming update. Template and AO included.

Realistic Vehicle Light Malfuntions makes LSPDFR player's games more immersive with a small detail. In this script AI vehicles have a
chance of spawning with 1 of the following, blown headlight bulb, blinker, or a tail light! You can fully customize the probability
in the .ini file! By default it is set to "2". You can set it anywhere from 0-100. I Hope you guys enjoy!

Vic is based off of FHP's Unmarked vic for their LT's I believe.
But It's also only like semi accurate so don't freak out.

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.
 
HOW TO INSTALL!!!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "umfhpvic" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/umfhpvic/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

Includes TRI_COLOR T-SERIES lightheads. These are provided for free, all that is asked of you is to provide proper crediting. When importing into ZMODELER, you will have the option to "ADD" (attach) the included ytd in the same popup window when selecting the yft files. You can also import them separate. At Z3D was not included as the file is not compatible with all versions of the software.

This console has an els enabled screen released as a dev part.
 
To install attach the appropriate emissive lighting to the els lighting of the same name. You do not have to attach the head and tailight emissive to the head and tail meshes
It comes as yft and z3d files with textures for your choosing. enjoy and happy gaming.

The Los Angeles County Police also known as the Los Angeles County of Public safety was a security police agency for the county of Los Angeles. They patrolled parks, hospitals, administrative buildings, and much more. They were unfortunately disbanded in 2010 and merged with LASD
