How did you get LSPDFR working with .22?

I have all the call outs but for some reason prison transport crashes LSPDFR. And I use the right version.

I've tried using .22 but by the time the game is loaded LSPDFR crashes

I have notice that there are several mods like the Breathalyzer only works with RPH .22 but LSPDFR only works on RPH .20. About haft the mods work with it as well but I would like to some of the other mods that uses .22 RPH. Do I have to wait for LSPDFR to update? And what is your Mod Compilation for LSPDFR you recommended that is Stable.

Can I change to the stream to radio where I live? So instead of NYC, I can use Phoenix AZ?

Sorry about that, just new here. But it seems that everytime I put two mods together it effects one another.

I tried a few of them like RealizmIV and iCEnhancer, but I was having texture glitches or invisiable ground. I don't think its my computer.. Here are my spec Manufacturer: MSI Processor: Intel

I've been playing the LCPD FR mod and I really like it, but I just don't like the default cars and the texture of the enviroment. I have been watching videos and I seen amazing enviroment textures, more veraity of police and civilian cars, and ELS. I am wanting to know how to gather all the mods so I can also have an amazing realistic games like I seen other people. Any suggestions on want to combine?
