i think part of the problem is that thethe taser in gta V also results in death. I used a trainer to spawn in the taser and shot a fleeing suspect with it and they died. Every time I used it the suspect would drop dead so it really doesn't help. If we can access the weapons data of GTA V like we could the XML file in gta iv then it would be a fast fix.

I made Steam not update unless I launched it, and now I seem to be able to launch it via RagePluginHook.exe. Steam asks me if I want to update, and I just choose Launch Now and it works.

They break modding for what, a day? You act like it's the end of the whole modding scene. They're just trying to improve some performance issues caused by the last update. If you really can't wait for the Devs to update the mod, then you should've made a backup.
