    easy install download SPARK IV and then open spark iv, go to browse, after this scroll down on left side till you see website urls, www.------- after all of this you will see models cdimages, click cdimages, then go to vhicles... double click and then last bu not least click import. find your police.wtd and .wft, then double click the file and your done. (ps you need winrar to open the download and extract to desktop so you can actually import them.)

  5. MY FIX TO LCPDFR CRASHING

    this works guys.. so... tired of game crashing when using LCPDFR right. well if you pull up phone and go to multiplayer/LAN/Freemode it works like a charm i just got done playing for 3 hours. i know with people it gets very glitchy.... i know from expierence, i use ELS IVdash and modded police cars, and no problem, i even spammed the backup button and it never crashed. IF VIDEO EVIDENCE IS NEEDED IT CAN BE ARRANGED ;) thanks guys
