Another of my own ideas for a skin, rather than based off anything in real life. I wanted to do something different from the traditional black and white or the all white style something a bit more modern feeling. This all grey with a blue swoosh and some white accents personally fit the bill. I hope some of you will enjoy and have fun with it. There are two CVPI's one for thehurks forza version and the other is for underwoods new version that I believe is an update of his old version so I expect that to be coming to more modders in the future. Alright, this pack has been basically fully redone. Every vehicle has had all textures redone to hopefully be more accurate and fit and look better. Some new models have been added and some old ones removed. This pack has many choices, between ghost skins, K-9, Supervisor and standard marked units. This pack has taken a lot more time than initially thought but I never leave a project. Remember everyone, I base my skin packs off of base model templates NOT for any one specific vehicle pack. Because the templates don't really change, skins can be applied to basically any pack of your choice so long as the base models used are the same as the ones I have used. I do try to use the most common base models so they should cover the bulk of the vehicle packs available.

I have had several people looking for something based of this department and I told them it was being worked on, now its here. I was finally able to finish it up ready for release. As usual this pack may be updated with more models once those models are out and whether or not they are worth putting the skins on. You may notice some models are lacking form this pack from my normal stuff. I made the executive decision to cut some of them as they are either not widely used or available therefore not normally worth the extra time and effort for them. On the bright side I have added Underwoods 2015 Charger into the mix now and soon Izicks Silverado will hopefully be put to good use and used by people so that I can justify skinning it over and over more than I already have. If there are models that some of you want added that are widely used please share in the comments section and I will see what I can do. Well, I know this may be a bit of deja vu for all of you but trust me this was pure coincidence that @Sinnisa and I were creating packs based off the same county at the same time. However his has all the fun exciting ones and mine is definitely not as intricate or exciting just your basic patrol vehicles. However its spiced up with some of the older style skins and some supervisor skins to give a bit more. I have only done five skins for each as I had noticed some performance issues with adding in as many as I use to include in my packs. Started playing with this skin a while ago to give a very American feel/vibe while still being believably an actual usable police paint job. There are some stealth skins I plan to add in the near future but if I'm honest, I wanted to get this out in time for the 4th of July as I think it is very fitting. This pack is based off the Sonora Police, I liked sheriff on the side better so went with that, and includes my usual things. They are clean and simple yet not at the same time. I have include technically two skin variations one being the older style and one being the newer. (I think) I put the newer style on the models I felt would have that style on them rather than the old, like 2016 FPIU, 2016 Charger etc, and the old style on the ones I could find pictures of or just older model vehicles. However I did mainly just do the skin I felt looked best on each model. If you see any issues please let me know and I will try to correct. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. I have noticed a few modellers have changed the name of the texture for the model, say for example, from chrg_sign_1 to chr2_sign_1, for most models I have found the skins still fit but you will need to rename the files accordingly.
