    Found the solution at https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/faster-ai-drivers Apparently LSPDFR Native will put limit on the NPC's speed while fleeing aka on-pursuit, this mod fixes the issue giving the NPC's more advance driving skill's

    Hey, nice plugin really it adds a various unexpected actions through the game However, I get an error saying I've installed the mood incorrectly even though I'm not new to installing plugins-mods etc.. tried to re-install multiple times it keeps coming up .. any thought's on this?
