    Hello all. I'm totally a noob at modding stuff, but I have some questions. I just installed http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8704-1999-ford-crown-victoria-with-whelen-edge-lightbar/ this CVPI. It doesn't come with a skin on it so i'm trying to add http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8697-ford-crown-cvpi-lapdlspd-skin-for-whelen-model/ this skin. The readme isn't very detailed at all and I can't figure out how to get this skin on the CVPI. I have the model installed into the game (I have verified this) but it has no texture on it. Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated!
