  1. help me! Rage Plugin not supported by my retail version of GTA 5

    hi, I have the retail version of gta 5, version: 1.0.1103.2, when I downloaded the newest RAGE Plugin Hook Version: 0.55.1131.11501, it says that my version of GTA is not supported, does this mean I have to download GTA 5 on Steam for it to work? because all I want to do is play LSPDFR on gta 5. Please give help or discussion. thanks
