Do you have a link to this article? I found an article that says they are shutting down GFWL for Age of Empires ONLY.. I just called GFWL support, and they told me there is no plans to shutdown GFWL completely?

Hey LCPDFR team, what do you guys think is the best way to prevent reverse engineering on Scripthook .dll files? I have tried Obfuscating the dll, however de4dot gets past anything I throw at it..

Good to hear! I have about 8 years of web development history so my system will function and look a lot better than the MDC. :P

It IS nice, and really adds to the roleplays we have. Some players just arent looking for that, however, there is a number of players that are, and this is exactly (or pretty close) to what they are looking for :)

Not available yet to the public, only for my Community/Clan right now. Will post a forum topic when Public Version is ready. I most likely will only make it available able on LCPDFR, so you guys will be the first to know.

Not trying to advertise, but I created a system called the MPRS (Mobile Police Reporting System) for my LCPDFR Community WSPRP. We have had great success with it, everyone seems to love it, and really enjoys the realism it adds to the game. We have a web portal that shows each person's individual stats and you can edit your reports, as well as each division's stats and we make weekly competitions out of it :) Guess it just depends on what type of player you are, if you are looking for realism it really adds to the game. I haven't posted this in the WIP mods yet, but, I will also be creating a public version, and a public web portal to manage and view all your reports. This will allow anyone playing LCPDFR to file a report in game, and review it later on the web portal, as well as see how everyone else is doing and what kinda of things they are running into :) I hope this will create a new and unique way to connect with one another. Look for it soon only on LCPDFR, I will make a WIP post very soon.

I love how ppl think you can just sit around one weekend and fix things. You obviously dont have very much experience developing anything large, and have no idea how much time and effort it takes. I have been a developer for many years and I know from personal experience these types of things, with one difference, I got paid, and had teams of 20-30 developers. The fact that these THREE guys are working on this major project in their spear time so we can finally have a police game worth play..I think we should be thanking them, not bitching and moaning because you had to do a little extra work to install LCPDFR Manually. if dragging and dropping some files is hard, you shouldnt be on a computer.. If you dont like it....Dont play it...better yet..YOU go make your own mod. LCPDFR DEVS: THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK!! IM GLAD YOU DO THIS SO WE CAN PLAY!
