    yes just remove scripthook files for now game will work fine until its updated

    same my els is dead the lights are on in game but no controls working

    everything else in gamne seems fine.

    You're assuming he bought it on Steam.  Even if he did, he doesn't need to delete the .exe to verify his files.

    i had to to get it to update to 2245

    i still get the crash with officer down when i hit e during revival

    have tried several times in diffrent locations

    EDIT i had bad permissions settting for my gta folder
    i have full permissions now and i unchecked read only
    will let u know if that does it
