Hello everyone, this is my very second texture attempt for a vehicle on GTA 5. I chose to base this texture on my local Police Department, "Anchorage, Alaska Police Department". This pack comes with 16 textures, in PNG format. 8 Anchorage Police Department textures. 8 Los Santos Police Department textures. Known Issues: - None as far as I know. Launch OpenIV 2. Locate the Police2.ytd file under "GTA5\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\". 3. Once you have located the Police2.ytd make sure you are in "Edit Mode" located at the top right. Right click on Police2.ytd and click the "Edit" option. 4. Extract the ZIP file containing the textures to your desktop or your preferred location. 5. In OpenIV, at the top left side click the "Import" tab and locate the texture files you extracted and open them. Another method of importing them is highlight the files called "explorer_sign_X" - X being the number assigned to the file. Near the top right there should be 4 options, Properties, Rename, Replace and Delete. Choose the replace option and replace it with the APD or LSPD textures. You should now have new textures on the Chevy Impala. ======================================================== ======================================================== Notes: The model was not made by me, it was created by Bxbugs123 as mentioned above. I decided to make the Anchorage Police Department texture due to it is my local Police Department, I do plan on creating a Crown Vic, Chevy Impala (Anchorage Police Department), Alaska State Troopers and LSPD textures soon. ======================================================== ======================================================== Thanks for downloading this texture for the Chevy Impala! I decided since the APD decals were cool looking on the Ford Explorer (In my opinion), it would be a good look since I am use to the color and decal scheme. This pack comes with 20 textures, in PNG format. 10 Anchorage Police Department textures. 10 Los Santos Police Department textures. Known Issues: - Random white splotch on the front grill. (Better explanation of why that is there in my notes tab below). Also the Ford Explorer model is in Alpha, so the textures may be a tad out of line. I am aware of the random white splotch on the front grill of the SUV, as of now there is no way to fix that. This issue was addressed and mention by the creator of the model himself and is planning to fix the texture glitch soon. I decided to make the Anchorage Police Department texture due to it is my local Police Department, I do plan on creating a Crown Vic and Chevy Impala APD (Anchorage Police Departmen), Alaska State Troopers and LSPD textures soon. ======================================================== ======================================================== Thanks for downloading this texture for the Ford Explorer!
