Is there anyone that can help me with this issue I am having?

This solution has already been tried and has failed. Let me explain, as I said in the earlier respose...when I tried to install the manual installation of LCPDFR 1.1 it opens up in Winrar and I am given the error that "Unexpected end of archive"...it then tells me that the file is either corrupt and some files are missing which they are...when I watch videos of the manual installation there are files missing from the download. So that solution also ends up on a dead road.

Let me be as clear as possible. Alot of those solutions in your response do not relate to my issue. I am not able to install lcpdfr 1.1 at all...so alot of your solutions do not apply to me. I do, however, have a Steam purchased copy of gta IV. Let me explain my problem. After downloading LCPDFR 1.1, I open it to install and then I get an NSIS error message saying that the file that I am attempting to download(LCPDFR 1.1) has failed an Intergrity check. It then tells me that i should contact the author and get a new copy of the file. I was able to download and install version 1.0d though. Ive been playing the old version and while its enjoyable...I hate to be playing behind the rest of the community. I have tried to download the manual installation and when I open it up in winrar...it tells me that the file is damaged or corrupt. I get a "unexpected end of archive" error and they say all the files needed are not there. Also i didnt download 1.0d until after i tried installing the current version serveral times.

Hey. I haveing a problem setting up my LCPDFR. I am able to download the file but not install. For sone reason it keeps saying that the program has failed a "intergrity check". I tried deleting and reinstalling, deleting tbe nsis all together, disabling my firewall and cleaning my pc....it will not allow me to open lcpdfr 1.1 to install. I also tried the manual and when I opened it in. the winr it said that not all the files were downloaded and some of the media may be damaged. Idk what the problem us but I really need help uf soneone can. I was able to download 1.0d i believe but I feel like im playing behind even more. I hate to be stuck playing on an old version esp. because the els v8.5 doesnt work properly with the old version i believe... Please help if you can.
