I went into the police.ytd and went down the the 3rd police car and hit replace with the cvpi_sign_3. Is this right or am I just supposed to drop it into the vechicles.rpf folder? (I'm new to installing custom skins, I'm good with mods not so much skins and openiv)

They look amazing! My only problem is I have no idea how to install the, I read what you listed in the readme but every time I save it the game updates for no reason expect to get rid of the new file... Any suggestions?

Hey guys! So I would absolutely love it if someone could make a New Jersey State police skins or a new car or something that had the Logo and words on the car as well as the same lights! It was done really well in GTA IV and I know someone made a car that was like the NJSP but it had a different symbol! I'm really excited for one of these to come out! If somone made a really nice skin they would definitely be earning a donation from me :)

So with new call outs being pumped out by the community they seem to always revolve around killing, arresting or pursuits. But what about peaceful call outs? Some suggestions include Traffic control/Construction detail - A construction crew has to repair a downed light post, your called to park your car behind the truck and to watch traffic and make sure everyone gets through without hitting any workersLost dog - with dogs and cats now part of the AIs luxuries they are seen everywhere, but A man looses his best friend off to chase a cat, so your called down to look for the dog and reunite him with his worried ownerThese are two callouts I would love to see in the game and more like it, and knowing the capabilities of some of the modders out there I think it can be done! Hope someone take these callouts into play when making new callouts...
