Still having some trouble right now i patched the game to the verision you said and it still isn't loading up i installed the framework net.4 or whatever its called. Im getting the DSOUND.dll error and im getting a SecruLauncher: failed to start application. [2001] -> 0x00000002

Hello, My name is Yukwaz14 and i just got GTA Episodes From Liberty City just yesterday. Now i'm having some problems and technical difficulties with the game. It installed just fine and now im having some problems with knowing how to install LCPD:FR Mod for it. I'm just wondering if there is anyway in advanced you could help me with my problem and helping me install mods properly since i don't know how to install the mods since i just got the game just yesterday.
