I'm afraid to say that all the plugins you have installed into /Plugins/LSPDFR are out of date.
Albo's plugins haven't been updated for a while now, and using them is not advised.
For alternatives, I suggest you check out Bejoijo.

script hook wont work with the current update of gta, just need to wait until script hook is updated

i think its a new lspdfr thing, I just did a fresh install of everything and only downloaded lspdfr and noticed this as well.

open up your RageHook file which is in your GTA directory (titled RagePluginHook) There should be an option like this:
Consolekey=F4
Change that to a different key (i have changed mine to F5), so after you do that the line should look like
Consolekey=F5 (or the bind you set it to)

This happens when you try to arrest them while being in the tazed animation, taze them, wait until they get up THEN press E to arrest them. this might be fixed in the update that is being released later on today. (i don't know what's been fixed in the new update so it might be fixed and it might not have)

Make sure you have notifications enabled in your game settings.
