So I tried looking around, I downloaded the latest version of EUP 8.2, S&R 1.4, the latest basic EUPFR, and the latest versions of Ultimate Backup and Stop The Ped, yet I'm still having issues with my backup responding in civilian clothing. Any help would be appreciated :), Happy Patrolling.
