    The problem is solved. I need delete clear the way plugin because it is a problem.

    I'm not an expert, but maybe you should reinstall the "Traffic policer" mod, and see what happens.
     
    ps: My english is also not the best.

    Hi!
     
    I have one big problem. I upgraded the game and rage plugin but since then not start. When i start with rageplugin then freeze on "Waiting for game window..."
    Trying start gtav.exe but then i get this message: "This application has failed to start beacuse api-ms-win-eventing-provider-l1-1-0.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem". I re-installed Visual C++ 2015 and but the problem still exists. Mods folder deleted.  What could be the problem?  Thank you in advance for your help and sorry for bad english. (I just now started to learn).

    If you are using the latest version of GTA V and RPH, you need the latest version of script hook V.
     
    They have not updated it yet...
     
    We are all stuck at this point right now
