alot have police on the hood , heck some of mine even have it reversed on the hood like some departments in real life as to make it readable in a rearview mirror ... mind u the mirrors in gta at basically just a chrome texture

im still novice , but generally i work alone , minus textures since i dont have the programs to edit them.. but yes i collaborate for skins and just ideas in general as feedback is always key especially when doing things solo

im still a little sad , this site has a lot of mods for users but not much on the dev side , which is ok i guess but would have love to have seen more ... even on highspeedgaming they have removed their dev resources so im not sure whats going on over there

i still dont see how this is cleared up .. they said they like us creative types but wont allow 3rd party programs .. aka openiv... so its not fixed nor is it cleared up and not to mention then said they can revoke their own statement at anytime for any reason... so personally i suggest the community not stop shitting on cuckstar and t2dicks so as to continue to show them we do not and will not support this type of behavior from other games studios.

the openiv case to "hackers" is fraudulent imo , i used to mod online and got perm banned for it but never not once did i use openiv to mod online .. im more surprised they havent gone after 5reborn for creating online servers in which no microtransactions can be had 99.98% of openiv users are using it for modding offline like as in this community for making and using wonderful police related content.. and not that im a popular content creator or anything but this has stopped me from wanting to create more content, so its only hurting us legit modders

I like this simple livery , maybe unit numbers? maybe not? only thing i see that hurts my eye is the bar in the back of the cvpi being behind the brake light , depending on how it would look id suggest extending the vertices on the mounts to make it taller. -

yah i would but my desk is a mess , plus i only rent a room so id have to do some acrobatics to take a picture as i have a twin bed and a full size office desk in my tiny room . interesting seeing other peopls stuff tho

ill check to see how i feel about it , and make a decision .. if i disagree i may just "fix" it for you and not release that specific fix .. In other news ill be releasing my sheriffs pack today on GMC. if you would like to get it early thats the place to go as ill release it on this site prob tomorrow or so.

agreed , the others just dont cut it for me .. i did like radV but i found the lights to be waaay bright and other issues . With MVGA u can use the auto install for easy nub free which or u can do manual if u want it a bit more custom. I do manual due to i HATE motion blur with all my heart haha .. In the end pick whatever one gives your eyes less cancer
