Hey i was wondering if there was a little more detail on how to call in something. is there a set criteria of things you need to call it in? can i call a something in on anyone like "Pursuit on the fly mod". I've messed with some new updated callouts for 0.4 but i can't seem to call in the suspects. i'm holding down B and noting seems to happen? any ideas? thanks!

Out of curiosity, would it be possible to make it when your lights are on when your outside of the vehicle, that pebs and cars would recognize this? there are mods allow you to stop an area around you already, but it would be cool just to be able to turn your lights on and have pebs already stop or stand idle and watch whats going on when not inside your vehicle or is there things preventing that?
